At Colour Pop Studio, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All of our prints are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process, print, and pack your order before dispatch. During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide and internationally. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on your location:
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size, weight, and destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your order’s journey.
Packaging
All prints are securely packaged to protect them during transit. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at kerris30@me.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
